Nothing!! The surroundings full of abandoned buildings, creepy!

Charge upfront at booking, when i arrived it was too creepy to stay I decided to cancel because it was such a disappointment. BUT, they still charge me in full amount

Surpassed my expectations after carefully reading all the reviews. I'd read that it was a little older and basic, but it really just added to the charm. I specifically chose Full Moon Village as I knew they were gated villas so my dog could run about. My dog was super happy with this! The furniture was also designed to be waterproof and dog friendly indoors. Jacuzzi was available too! I also loved that there was a kitchen. A heads up that air conditioning is in the bedroom only, but fans are available in all other areas. Resident pups were friendly and super sweet.

nothing really. it was nice to be pleasantly surprised.

The resort is on a very quiet street, no noise or traffic at day/night. The beach right in front of the hotel is clean and the villas are extremely spacious with secure private gardens with tall walls which are perfect if you have pets/kids to have them play in the garden. The staff are all very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with room/pool/beach service.

The resort itself is a bit dated with worn out furniture and decor. The shower pressure in the room was weak and kitchen appliances are quite old and used. The food from the resort restaurant is acceptable for a quick lunch if you don't feel like ordering take away or driving elsewhere. The location is quite secluded, which means you have to drive about 30min to reach the town center with more food options.

The swimming pool is great ? we loved our very spacious villa with private walled garden, including plunge pool

Although clear directly in front of the resort - rubbish on the beach was really bad ☹️

    Nice authentic villa, dogs allowed.

Mosquitoes and the most polluted beach I have ever seen. Too far from Mui Ne.

It's a beautiful resort, built in coherence with nature, vast villas with beautiful gardens, jacuzzi, an amazing pool, private beach and really happy, helpful staff. And great value too!

It was nice to be able to bring dogs. The rooms were spacious. The staff were very responsive and helpful by phone / instant message.

Photos of resort online (public area) are not accurate. The photos are old and do not reflect the current condition.Public areas are dirty and damaged repairs are desperately needed but not addressed. Beach is dirty with plastic and sharp trash in the sand.Water sports equipment is old, broken, not in useable condition.Food quality is bad, particularly fried squid was not edible. Using old oil and poor quality ingredients.Mosquitoes everywhere in the room even after staff came to spray. No pest control solution. Upon speaking to the staff about this I was told that “this is a problem everywhere in Phan Thiết” but having stayed in several resorts in the last week there was no problem with mosquitoes anywhere else. Resort refuse to re-fill reusable water bottles with drinking water. No water provided other than small plastic bottles. Told that this was just the policy and no other guests had a problem with it. Upon speaking about the above points with management, I was told that “all the other guests like it here, no one else has a problem”. No attempt to address any issue except for the food quality, a small F&B bill was waived in response to this. Checked out after 1 night and no apology or goodwill gesture given. A horrible experience.

Nice swimming pool and the villas are pretty with a large garden. Pet friendly.

We have come to this resort a good dozen times over the last 4 years, mainly because it is pet friendly and ou dog loves it. The maintenance is kept to a minimum. There is only 1 working fan out of 2 in the Pomelo and the Pineapple villa (mentioned this a few times already but the management does not care). So expect to be VERY hot inside during the day + there are a lot of mosquitoes which can really alter the quality of your stay. The electrical system is outdated, a several of lights are not working. The kettle was not working either. The lantern in the main room and the curtains are super dirty... Food is not cheap and average quality.

    7AmyPosted on: 2-8-2024

Dog friendly :) Beautiful villas - spacious and carefully designed - and working kitchen facilities were really useful, given the remote location of the resort. The bedroom was air conditioned and black out curtains meant it was dark and quiet, so we slept well.Lovely pool - the village area was peaceful and very well maintained.Staff were all great and service was very friendly.Food and drinks to order were high quality and reasonably priced.

Lots of mosquitoes - not the resort’s fault - and they do bring bug spray and repellent coils to burn every evening - but given that the main part of the villa is open (and not air conditioned) it is difficult to manage. We came away with a lot more bites than we have in other places in Mui Ne.The beach is so dirty and full of trash it’s unusable - again not the resorts fault but not much effort made to clean/maintain the beach area around the hotel which would help. Same with reception area - old and poorly maintained when compared to the village itself.Breakfast was better some days than others. Pastries were fresh some days but other days seemed leftover from the day before.

It is nice to not be in the middle of town, with a car its a great place to relax with friends, family and your pets. We took our dog with us and he had a great time with the villa have a high walled fence to run around safely.

The signage to find the resort could have been better as google maps sent us on the wrong way. The other issue has nothing to do with the resort and more to do with Mui Ne in general, there is rubbish everywhere.

Tasteful design, quiet location, yet with public connection, friendly staff

    Mosquitos!

    8JulienPosted on: 11-14-2023

Very nice pool and very spacious and private villas. Possibility to bring your pet.

Some furniture (eg sunbeds) and areas (eg lobby) require some renovating and upkeep. F&B quality is average.

Big house, near the beach, quite. Good for relax

    10RebeccaPosted on: 8-5-2023

The villas are beautiful and the staff are very kind and accomodating

Not the fault of the property but there were so many mosquitos.

    9JenniferPosted on: 8-1-2023

Lovely and huge villa about 1500sq feet. AC worked well but only in bedrooms. The main room with kitchen, living and dining room had no insulation. We kept bedrooms closed to decrease AC loss and mosquitoes in bedroom. Best breakfasts in Vietnam that were included with cost of stay. Could order it off menu, but Saturday was an all you can eat buffet. The front desk ordered bus ride directly from their lodge resort to Nha Trang. They got us a sleeper bus that cost discounted 200K per person. They picked us up on the highway in front of resort at 2:30pm and we got to Nha Trang no problem around 630pm with one restroom stop. Have them call for bus. We did not need a ticket, just paid when he picked us up. The advantage of being so isolated was also its disadvantage, if you don’t have car. Need to have them call for a taxi because we tried calling for a grab to go into Mui Ne and none ever came. But we only waited a few minutes before canceling the ride. It says it costs around 177K to go to town center. It was perfect because the kids were sick with high fevers and it allowed them to recuperate in such a large dwelling. The pool was excellent. The registration desk and restaurant are close to beach, not at the street highway road. Beach water was a bit rough and a herd of cows are walked down the beach to graze at an abandoned property two doors down. Felt very private as if no other people there.

Isolated from main town. But it is great if you don’t need to go anywhere. Otherwise awesome place!
